The sport characteristics are similar to those of cross-country skiing. Therefore, the exercise effect on the arms and waist is obvious. And it can start almost all joints of the whole body to participate in sports, which is the preferred equipment for sports joints.

Use the method to lightly hold the armrest above the instrument with both hands, pedal on the pedal, and step forward in harmony with the hands and feet; wait for the movement of the hands and feet to reach a more harmonious level, then gradually increase the thrust and pull of the hand.

The recommended prescription is to exercise 3-4 times a week for 30-45 minutes each time. The frequency of actions should be gradually increased, but not too fast, and must be within the scope of my control.

Note that the speed should not be too fast, although increasing the speed of the elliptical machine can increase the intensity of the exercise, but when the speed increases to a certain level, it will lose control of the pedals. Therefore, the faster the speed, the more likely to be injured.
